Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier Süd is part of Hamburg HafenCity. It will have 579 flats, offices with over 400 new jobs, 3 hotels, cinemas, cultural centres, shops, restaurants as well as a cruise terminal and an underground bus station.

Building F2 – a cultural attraction – the flagship cinema with 3 auditoriums.

We successfully completed work on the first two floors of Building F2. Our service included the completion of the ceiling above the first basement, the shell of the ground floor and the first floor in building F2.The client is Unibail Rodamco ÜSQ Development GmbH.

Building B “The Heart” – luxury senior living complex in HafenCity

The Heart is a residential building with 186 luxury flats for senior citizens. The usable area is 15.147 m2. The size of the flats varies from 40 m2 to 180 m2.The building consists of two parts – the southern and the northern part, the southern part has 6 floors and the northern part 7 floors.We are carrying out the structural work for the entire complex.
